Confirmation
All table bookings will be held as provisional until full payment has been received.
Our payment terms ae immediately on receipt of invoice.
You should receive a confirmation email as soon as payment has been received by us. If you do not receive this, please email [email protected]
Special dietary requirements
A request for dietary requirements is requested at time of booking. Should you wish to advise us of dietary requirements at a later date please not that details of any and all dietary requirements are required by the 2nd November 2026 at the very latest, otherwise it may not be possible to take care of the specific requirements of any guest.
Changes to the event
For reasons beyond our control, if may be necessary to alter the venue or the date of the event. We will give you as much notice as we can and your booking will be transferred to the new venue or date.
We reserve the right to run this event online but would only do this in exceptional circumstances.
Photography and Videography
We will have photographers/videographers present at the event. We will use these photographs for promotional purposes. Should you not wish to be photographed, please inform [email protected] no later than 2nd November 2026
Cancellations to table bookings
Please note that no refunds are permitted. You are however able to transfer the name on the booking to another person.
If we cancel the event, we will refund all booking fees paid. We do not, however, accept liability for travelling, accommodation or any other expenses incurred as a result of any cancellation or postponement of the event.
Our liability for loss or damage incurred as the result of cancellation or postponement of the event is limited to the amount of your booking fee.
These terms and conditions are governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
